Michelin Switzerland has just awarded the Fiskebar, situated in the Ritz Carlton Geneva, with its first star.
This concept, created by Studionomie, was the first and only of its kind in the city. It started to gain the satisfaction of the local clientele since its opening late 2017: always in the top 3 of the best restaurants in Geneva for Tripadvisor and a successful "local spot" for many people working or living in Geneva.
Today, thanks to excellent skills of Chef Breton, the restaurant is also recognized by the Michelin rating for its culinary quality.
